§.1 General Provisions

1. The data controller is Villa Mia, located at Bielawska 6, apt. 55, 02-511 Warsaw. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and the data is stored on secure servers.

2.For the interpretation of terms, the glossary from the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy is used (if directly specified).

3.For the purpose of better readability, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§.2 Data Controller

6. The Service Provider is the data controller of its customers’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, position, workplace, and IP address.

7. The Service Provider is also the data controller of individuals registered in contact forms available on our website.

8. Personal data is processed:

  3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and to properly provide services electronically,

  5. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you have left data in contact forms on our website.

9. Each person whose data is processed (if we are their data controller) has the right to access the data, rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

14. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under relevant legal regulations.

15. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and introduced access control to minimize the consequences of a potential data breach.

16. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§.3 Cookies

17. The villamia.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow reading the information contained in them only to the server that created them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited sites. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
