Radek is the executive director and co-founder of Villa Mia. He has been involved in the sector for twenty years, beginning as an investor and today working on the opposite side. His extensive experience brings successful collaborations with demanding international corporate clients. In his career, he has often closed multi-digit deals. The notion of a 'difficult customer' does not exist for him; everyone is served at the highest level, thanks to which he has won over a broad portfolio of contacts. Radek does not limit his duties to managing the company, he actively participates in transactions and is happy to share his experience with his colleagues. He is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Italian. He is not afraid of challenges and is conscientious, hard-working and organised. He is well versed in the real estate market, including corporate, and will help, advise and service. He works with the best architects and interior designers, takes care of the client's wallet and knows how to cut unnecessary costs. Radek loves to be up to speed all the time, the thrill of the sale gives him great satisfaction. His work is guided by ethics and integrity, as reputation is the key to successful transactions.
